    yeah i went with sdx 155 spray pattern 5x14, it ran like a raped ape.....i ended up going with 4gsk and 191dvs and no plate as well as a he351 turbo.... it ran good and strong. i sold the truck though when i was strapped for cash.... i loved that thing too
    Hey, just wondered what you got figured out with the injectors for your 4bt. I'm swapping one into a dodge Dakota and eventually be replacing them.

    yeah its a 4 speed. it may be starting out in 2nd though. It has a lockup convertor also. so 1600 rpms at 50 sounds like your in 4th gear. now lock up the convertor and it will drop the rpms by 2 or 300.
    hey man my tranny shifts first through third but I hit about 45 50 and Im running prolly 1600 rpm, isnt there an overdrive or fourth gear?
    oh yeah check out the post i put up under the diesel conversion section youll like what i got.. its a 4bt remand from cummins.... It was out of an oshkosh box truck and was remand in 2005. only has 62,000 on it since then.
    no it will not be spooled up the whole time it will run like normal but at max boost it wont open the wastegate and relieve the pressure so get a boost gause and watch it and dont let it get over 30psi and youll be fine with that. If you let it get to much over 30 psi (witch it can under full throttle since your waste gate isnt working) it could blow your headgasket pretty easy.
    whats up Jay, so the pneumatic opener for my wastegate is seesed up Ill get a new one no big deal but what would happen if the wastegate just stays closed? will that just give me max boost all the time and pretty much be spooled up the whole time?
