Rules?

What we wanted was to change a couple things to align our rules with the rest of the nation, and to be able to be more competitive with arguably the best 2.6 trucks in nation. and this is the change we get

The CI wording just disappeared!!!

Confirms just how big a joke this is....
Like mentioned earlier, if these rules are enforced most of the top trucks are out, even if its just from the stupid stack rule. How many guys bore a bit when refreshing motor? U would have been illegal!!

So when was this rules meeting and who was involved? These changes are horse sh!t. Stack height, cubic inch, hitches WTF come on Richard get your head out oh your a$$! By the way who is going to enforce these rules bc the entry levels level techs are lucky to tell a small block Chevy from duramax!

And why make a guy jump thru hoops for the steering? Why not electric over hydraulic and be done with it? And its like a cock measuring contest with FPP. Why not fall in line or at least be close to the other organizations? What a show it would be to sprinkle in some of the COTPC guys when your in or near ohio.

So answer me this one in the RWYB
• 3.0 Diesel: 7600 pounds and 26” hitch height

• Pro Stock Diesel or Open 2.6 Diesel: 8000 pounds and 26” hitch height
So the guys running a 3.0 charger have to drop to 7600
But the guys running a huge cimpound charger set up like the prostock trucks can weigh 8000?
That makes no sense what so ever, yea a 3.0 can run a rock and a drop box and prostock can run a rock and a oem trnsmission, but that doesnt make up for 400 pounds.

Read the rules dude! PSD does not run twins of any magnitude.

Turbochargers are limited to dual stage set-ups. Twins are limited to a 3.0 inch inducer bore on the atmosphere turbo; the bore will be measured using a 3.05 inch slug or calipers at the head tech official’s discretion. Single turbochargers are unlimited in size. Map width enhancement of .180” Maximum is permitted. Must be in OEM location. All provisions allowing air to the wheel other than via the bore and map ring are prohibited. Final decisions rest with tech officials.
