Send Me One OF THE NEW ONES I Can Test IT Iam ON My Third Fass 200@50PSI Since April THE NEXT TIME I WORK ON IT IS TO TAKE IT OFF THE TRUCK FOR GOOD

Just a little FYI. The 180/240 will not be for everyday driving at all. We have one a step down from that with an adjustable regulator as well. The 180/240 will not have a lifetime warranty. The pumps are for offroad use only!!!!

thanks for sending that harness out anthony, i can't beleve how quiet this unit is from the fass i had and your 40 psi spring gave me 42psi not like the 3 they sent me that were 50psi that made only 36-39psi

I can't keep steady strong pressure with mine at all! I have been running it for 2 months now......sometimes it holds and most of the time it don't.

I have pulled all the fittings and resealed them and tightened the hech out of them...I am pretty positive I don't have an air leak. I have pulled the gear cover off and there is no scarring in the housing or rotor? It holds steady when it is cold but once I get to op. temp for awhile it will start to build and bounce again. It drops to 15 and slowly build up to around 18 then does it again or stays steady then starts or start bouncing all over the place without dropping past 15 lbs??

All electrical connections are good and have a new set of batts and get proper volts to the plug.........you have any help for me??

Thanks!!

Check to another gauge would be my first suggestion. Just to ensure were not pulling our hair out for no reason. Then I would like to get you a different spring. Or the other way around. Call in here to the office and I can get you one on the way. Sorry for my delay on checking this.

I'm having the same issue as TheNatural31, but my cruising psi fluctuates between 15 and 12. I'm running a second 2-micron filter underneath my intake horn, so that's probably why it's slightly lower than his. Under WOT runs, I can get the psi to drop as low as 4psi...this is what worries me.

Did the different spring work for TheNatural31? I will call in tomorrow and figure out what you'd like to do. Is there someone specific I should ask for?

I know for sure I don't have any leaks in my system! And I'm sure it's not the guage, because I previously had a Walbro setup and it would ALWAYS show consistent psi numbers. Never messed with the guage when I put in the AirDog, just cut into the 1/2" line and installed the new pump.

Any info/help would be greatly appreciated!

I just put the 100 in this weekend and got it all hooked up and bled according to the instructions. I was getting about 14.7mpg(according to the crappy overhead console) before I switched.. now I am getting even lower... I thought there was a leak.. found one fixed it let it run and now I am not using as much fuel but I am still getting aobut the same mileage. Maybe I need to bleed it more? maye there is still some air? not sure whats wrong any suggestions would help!! I love the product and installation was easy though.. Got it from Farmboys diesel... great customer service!

Well, I put the new spring into my Airdog150 and now this pump holds STEADY at 17psi! Just wanted to say thanks to Anthony and crew forgetting that out to me.

i have an AD 150 for a 97 cummins but i'd like some guidance.. it didn't come w/ directions.. my biggest concern is the 1/2" dip tube i've heard some people having problems and rigging there own way onto it... mainly i j/ need directions... if you could e-mail me some... tater_thrower76@yahoo.com

put my ad 150 on this weekend.... can't say enough good about it... a lot cleaner appearance than the other brand i'v'e put on be4... these systems are definitely the way to go.... the way it mounts is 3 times better.... gotta love good engineering... thanks AirDog...

Glad to hear we can help. Charlie takes pride in every single step in getting a system out to the customer. Not even a bag of fittings or packing is overlooked. Nice to hear when people appreciate those little things.

i have a airdog 150 purchesed in early march it has the 40psi spring since it new i am slowly losing pressure it curently runs 28-32 psi no load but what concerns me is a can drop the pressure down to 14 psi on a moderate pull i did clean the water seperator the other day and have noticed no change is there something i am overlooking?
