So we finally made it in the 12's on fuel only. Some of you may have seen my posts about the truck we put together from scrap parts. Volvo 880, 16 liter, Bi Turbo, All Stock Volvo Parts...Still have some issues holding us back but its a decent pass. Gettin it done on the tree as well...lol

Ok here it is, we have an in cab uploading as well !! Also the trans is an Alison for now... We have been battling shifting issues from day one as you are able to hear in the video.

Awesome!! Helluva light too...

Ran that track a year ago in a rental buick turd.... consistent 17.9's all day. Didn't matter if it was powerbraked to rpm or not... ran from Baltimore to Hagerstown in 45 minutes with it though:hehe: That Volvo woulda laid the a$$ whoopin down to that car LOL
 
Thanks for the comments guys, The truck is running pretty clean but some dont think its clean enough. We will be limiting the smoke even more very soon. We are worried it could blow the DPF's appart so we may have to come up with something trick on that end. The goal is no smoke on fuel only at any point of the run... Its gonna be tough
