Charge Pipe Turbo to Turbo 4", 3.5", 3"

I usually get 3" mandrel bends on eBay dirt cheap, I buy v band assemblies and transition cones off racepartsolutions and they will also mix and match steel/stainless/aluminum. Great people to deal with

Nice work dvst8r! Is that an ed gate on manifold and a mvr water cooled Tial on the hot pipe?

Thanks.

It is a 50mm JGS gate (the ED gate is just a JGS with ED on the top), and a 38mm turbo smart gate.

Water cooled turbosmart? Im curious if there is much of a benefit to water cooling wastegates

No just air cooled. If I were to water cool any gate it would be where the JGS gate is as it sees way more heat then the turbo smart does.

In fact, when we change up turbo's this off season, I may just get rid of that turbo smart gate all together.

cool primary support on that manifold. Did you weld that on and re-ceramic coat it or did you have steed custom make that for you?

any other pics of that mount by chance?

I built the support, and impact coatings in Edmonton, AB coated it. I will take a look through my phone and see what other pics I have of it.

Still trying to figure out how to upload pics to show you my set up but it is 3 1/2 I don't recommend it cause 3 1/2 inch piping is way more expensive then 3

Completely forgot about this, but here are the couple pics I had of the support:

I used 3.5" ordered it from Columbia river mandrel bending online. Also Racepartsolutions.com had mandrel bends for a good price.

Columbia River had good quality pipe at a good price. I also use their 3.5" u-bend and it's perfect. I think I would try two 4" 90* pieces and weld together.
Agreed, Columbia river has great prices. Plus I was in the area to go to Vulcan and Source, so no shipping cost!
This is my he351cw/s475 set
