Fuk it, make it 100. If someone doesn't contribute whether it be comically or technically what the hell use are they? Within 100 it's easy to tell whether they are troll or not. I came here after I saw a few of the one word posters trying to get to 10.
 
A gm full size forum I'm on, locks the whole non technical section until 150 posts.
 
Leaving it at 10 posts would be fine if there was also a requirement that you be registered for a certain amount of time...say 30 days or so.

HA! Agreed! Having premium membership really gave no benefits to the holder of it. No advertising was one of them? It was $50 per year and now that forum has been sold and tanked.
