On a 47s and 48s is the lock up circuit accomplished by sending pressure or cutting pressure?

Is there any options on getting into lockup sooner? My 14 ram pulls great when in lockup and rolling into the throttle. When at a stop, rpms flash and the truck accelerates slowly. I don't believe it even locks up to 70mph or so. The track is open and I'd like to make a few passes.

58mm comp inducer, 68mm turbine wheel, .84 a/r t4 divided housing. No shaft play and no wheel damage. Came off a 2nd gen dodge. Can supply adapters if needed. $800 + ride.

Installing front and rear seals can be a pain sometimes if the housing isn't aligned perfect. We had these made for the shop. I was thinking of having a run of these made. Any engine builders have interest in needing a set?
