I have an HE351CW turbo on my 12 valve. It is in a Ford shuttle bus and the turbo is close to the engine cover. What size turbo blanket do I get? T3, T4, etc?

Now I have both 3200 and 3800 governor springs and I'm trying to decide which to use in my bus swap. Read quite a bit and still can't decide which to use. Does the 3800 have to be shortened to use? If so, how much?

I'm just beginning to swap an intercooled 1991.5 Cummins into a 1996 Ford shuttle bus. Using a Ford 5R110 transmission and the current rear is a 4.63 ratio. Pretty sure I need to swap the rear gear. Should I go with a 4.10 or 3.73? I don't tow anything and the max loaded weight is 14,000 pounds...
