How do you do it. I've never tried. Worked with Insight a bit. I update the software in our trucks all the time. We have 385(?) horse ISMs. Can I flash them with a higher horsepower? I'm sure there comes a point where I'll need mechanical upgrades.... How do I do it? And how high can I go?

I am working one of these things at work. What causes these engines to miss on compression? I can run the engine up to 2000 RPMs, then release the throttle, it will come down fine but it sounds like its missing. It bounces at 1000 RPMs, then misses its way to 700, then sits there and idles on...

I want to get some noise suppressing ear plugs. I don't wear ear protection like I should. I think if I could find something that I could leave in all day, and still have a normal conversation without removing them, I'd wear them more. I can't wear muffs. Any recommendations?
