Anybody else has this occur with their trucks? My 07.5 megacab's entire instrument cluster as well as the headlights will pulse while I'm driving down the road at highway speeds showing 13-14 volts on the dash and the Edge CTS II. DRIVES ME NUTS! Anybody had this issue what was the fix?

These 2 holes circled on the Governor Plug Cover(?) are stripped completely out. One was in the pan one was still sitting in the VB as pictured. Constant pressure full manual VB. Sent from the command position of my dinosaur
