so I thought that the nut on them was M27x1.50 but the nut dosnt want to screw in the freshly tapped hole and when I measure my tap it is .020" smaller then the threads on the KDEL nut. Checked the pitch it is correct. any help?

got a truck at the shop doing something I havnt seen before. when you start it the thing immediately go's into a lope for about 10 sec then it dies. restarts just fine but again instant lope. no throttle either does the same thing with the tps unplugged. everything checked out on the scanner...
