i have a 97 f350 psd, with intake, exhaust and a putter switch if it matters for this problem..but sometimes when i am driving the gas is real touchy, and sometimes acts weird..when holding the gas steady, sometimes it will accelerate kind of alot or sometimes it will not accelerate..if im doing...

I am looking at a 93 12v..other than wheels tires a small lift and a single stack, thats all i want to do..but what is some stuff i can do to make it blow some smoke..i know you can change fuel plates or grind it down, but what is some not to expensive things i can do?
