Using 4th gen bumper the way it should be installed. Making a carbon fiber grille and headlights. This is the start of pattern to build the mold. A little carving Stating to look like it Test look on the truck This grille is 3" taller and projects forward, profiled more like a 3rd gen it...

Got out the cut'en torch, buzz box and the grinder this the results. just gotta make the alum. bushings and spacers,powder coat. Forgot I gotta weld in the inside (ran out of gas).

Finished the carbon fiber today on this steering wheel, the next one has a flat bottom I will let them cure for 2-3 weeks before I start with the leather.

My latest project, building a pattern & core box for Dana 80s. It will be cast alum. 356 t6 with a magnetic drain plug, a filler plug & a glass sight gage on the side. Im casting 10
