Can anyone give me some advice on how to get these old oil squirters out? And how to install the new ones?

I just tapped mine out with a punch and reinstalled them carefully the same way.

Do you tap them out from oil pan side to cylinder side? Or reverse.

I want to get everyone's opinion on running a girdle or just main studs.. What is the cut off hp wise where I NEED to have a block stiffener.. I am shooting for 900 horse.. But it won't be a constant drag truck. Everytime I drive it I won't be hitting 5k rpms multiple times down the track..
