03/04 updates?

Yes...but take discussion of that stuff to the right place. The EFI forum isn't where you ask about Smarty tuning.

With the right fueling and the right air will they support 800 horse?

You seriously want answers to a dumb question, about a product that is a rival to the section that you are posting in?

Our aim is to be working on the 03-05 and have it in beta and released by mid 2012.

We won't start development until we've released 6.7L, which is broken into a couple of projects.

Our next public release covers 07-09 6.7L, after that we have 09-11 to develop, then go back to 03-05.

Cheers
Cindy

So what happens if you swap a 07 ecm into an 04 and try to tune? Can it even be done?

Not the same language for one, sci vs canbus. For two it would probably fry the 07 ecu, as they are not the same pin outs.

Is the 03-04 ECM capable of all the same stuff as the 06-07 ECM?

Im really thinking of swapping to an 06 ECM and engine harness..

Pretty sure its not that easy, the 06 needs chipped keys and vin matched BCM to go with it.

It ought to be pretty close to the same, just simpler. Only guessing this because all the box tuners out there make pretty much the same power no mater the year of truck.
