dangerous06 diesel tech Joined Mar 24, 2008 Messages 3,564 Oct 27, 2010 #2 Do you have a rail guage? Ether bad! It's either the CP-3 or the PRV. Try capping the prv and see how it starts then. Just remember to put the PRV back on!
