So I have a 05 dodge that I built the engine in about 6500 miles ago. Figured I broke it in enough and was time to start throwing some fuel and air it's way! Engine is basic build. 12v rods 03/04 Pistons 300hp injectors, still has the stock cp3 and stock valve springs, head and cam lol I want to see what it can do each time I change somthing. Figured I might as well build the last setup for a while and fine tune it in. The turbos are a billet k31 with a .90 t4 housing and the big guy is a custom hx83 billet titanium 100mm with the smallest exhaust housing I could get for cheap. I think it's 28cm. Running one precision 46mm gate on the manifold dumping into the hot pipe. We finished it up last night and went for a test run and blew the intercooler at 1/2 throttle and 60psi. It was coming on really strong! Here are some pics.

Lots of welding done my buddy Doug at his shop centerline. The track opens in a week or so so I hope to have some decent numbers
 
Looks like I had a injector stick open while I was driving down the highway. Hopefull I pull it out and nothing is to bad. Yesterday was just a bad day for the truck around the shop lol
 
How much for a hx83 like that? Just a estimate is fine. Thanks!
 
So after driving the truck for about a week with the new nozzles I had one injector stick open. Blowing a **** ton of smoke! Put a stock injector in the truck and ran fine and no smoke. So at this point I went ahead and just bought a new set of injectors. Only problem is that they will not be here before I go to the Nebraska diesel show. As of now I'm just running a stock cp3 and stock injectors with Udc tuning. So this leads me to the past couple nights. Bought some valve springs pushrods so I can add a cam and turn some Rpms later. And also a 2800 stall converter! Which I love for the quick spooling at the line. Here is a video of how fast it spools from idle to 2770 and about 30psi.. https://vimeo.com/125664437
 
Went to the nds show and ran a 13.2 at 103! Not to bad for 10ply tires with a 1.89 60 foot! But I blew somthing in the new converter, likes to stay half locked at idle and won't stall up past 1100 lol also had some bad luck with turbo seals
