06 wheels painted black

I have 4 06 aluminum wheels that was painted black by a friend with some good paint cant remember what he said it was and they have been cleared with 4 coats.
Ill take 400 for all four they have tires but only one is in perfect shape two fronts have about 30 percent and one is bald. Dont wanna ship at this time unless buyer pays all of it
