12's with just a tuner

I don't think you could make 12's on a stock tranny in a Dmax. I put a quadzilla in my 02 as my first mod and cranked it up to the 120 setting. Limped the tranny after the third time it shifted into 5th. I doubt it was anywhere close to 12 seconds in the quarter mile. Air, exhaust, tranny and a tune and it will run like hell until you bend a rod. Did that too. 12's are boring, 11's will be boring this coming season, the 10.5 index is where the action will be this coming year.

"If" you had a freak of an OEM Allison. And "if" you picked the right tune for that truck you could hit 12's. Granted, the first pass would most likely be the last of 'fast' passes.

Like anything......take it with a grain of salt.
Can you survive a 5 story fall? Ummmm, it's possible to survive a fall but not probable. However, with the right equipment.... you could do it every time with a very slim chance of killing yourself. oke:
