Whats needed to do this, motor mounts, adapter plate for the 4r100, and the kit to make the tach work? Is there anything else?

tc, flex plate, tranny controller, throttle cable, ic pipes, 6.0 starter

thats just hard partss. you have to move the tranny mount, adapt the ps pump to make it work with the hydra boost

Lews has a good list started.

You'll also need a TPS for the PCS to run correctly. If you plan on having AC, you'll need some lines. Servo for cruise control.

Oh and a lot of patience.
