14mm Main Bearing Torque

Anyone have the torque specs on 14mm main bearing cap bolts? Ive seen several numbers, but most don't indicate if it is 12mm or 14mm. I'm assuming the former.

I've personally seen anywhere from 100-1300 on 12mm studs and 130-150 on 14mm studs.
