bone stock runs mint.

so i took the head off my old motor, and decided to use the bottom end that was in this truck since the cylinders looked wayyy better than mine had. and it has 70k less miles, so i pulled the motor and ordered a hamilton 188/220 cam,cr tappets, a set of hamilton push rods and valve springs and titanium locks and keepers. and a set of arp 625's. im still going to run my same turbo set up 63/475. but im swithcing to a 5x.018 instead of the 5x.016 as before and runnnign a 024 dv instead of full cuts like in my previous truck.

Looking forward to seeing this one come together for you Nick. 2wd?

as far as the trans all i did was take the 4wd od housing and swap the clutches into the 2wd housing and bolt it on. pretty straight forward.

Did you check your piston to valve clearance after you put the cam in? If not you probably should.

no i didnt i kinda took a risk. i know it was stupid. but im running a .020 marine gasket so it should be fine.

Put a cap on that thing and it will really be a sleeper, like my truck. Lol. But yours will be much quicker...

Here you go Nick

Couldn't figure out how to make them full size, but something is better than nothing.
