20% over Industrial nozzles

Im thinkin of buying a used set for cheap only 5000 miles on them and was wondering if they will be a good increase for my truck

I'd go with 40%, stock LLY nozzles are small.

X2 ^^^ I would go with a 40% or bigger. Depending on the price of the ones you are looking at. It might be a good deal to get the 20%

In my experience tuning the II injectors, they run a bit on the large size. Depends on your goals, but for a daily driver that is looking for 450-550HP they will work. If you have a flow sheet, this will let you know what they are compared to stock.
