This customer dropped off this awesome 2000 Ford Excursion to us and wanted all the goodies we offer for his 7.3L to make it a reliable daily driver, tow rig, and occasional drag racing (multi-purpose truck). He already had the body wrapped in flat black, full custom interior, 22" wheels etc, so all we had to do was the fun, go fast stuff.

Here is a picture of the truck itself:

Engine side of things we went pretty simple, with 650hp as the goal, and reliability in mind, this is the combo we went with:

-Carrillo Billet Connecting Rods
-Ford pistons, machined with valve reliefs
-Comp 910 valve springs w/ shims
-ARP head studs
-ARP main studs with NLTD girdle
-Fully balanced rotating assembly
-Stealth SRP1.1 HPOP
-NLTD SD Regulated Return Fuel System
-Performance Injection Systems 300cc/200% Injectors
-BDP/NLTD T4 mount kit w/ s467.7 turbo, 1.10 T4 turbine housing. Both housings, and all of the piping has been polished and ceramic coated.
-BDP Intakes
-Smith Brothers Push Rods
-BDP Billet Tstat Housing
-Tuning will be live tuned on the dyno

And some pretty pictures of the engine of course:

Well the Excursion is picked up and headed home with its owner now.
We ended up going through pretty much everything on it. Obviously engine and trans, A/C system needed a complete overhaul, brakes needed a complete overhaul etc and then it spent some time on the dyno. The customer really wanted to be present when the truck was being live tuned, so Jonathan got a pretty awesome base tune in it at the moment, and the truck will be back for our big event in a week and a half to fine tune it and get max power out of it.

I have to say this thing is the ultimate family hauler! Rides smooth, has plenty of power (base tune was around 615hp through the 37" tires) and is a blast to drive!

Still waiting for a copy of the dyno graph on the base tune, so i'll post that up once i get it.

Anyways, here are some pictures after we got it washed up and ready for pick up. I had a lot of people PM'ing me looking for pictures of the entire truck (inside and out) so i'll post all that i took of it.

Enjoy!
