2001 Duramax Worth?

I am looking at a 2001 crew cab short bed Duramax with 174,000 miles. Has a 5 inch turbo back straight pipe. It had $7000 in motor work done at 160,000 miles. Head gaskets arp head studs turbo all 8 injectors and glow plugs were replaced by oem Bosch parts. Looks to be in really good body shape. The price for it is $12,000. Was wondering if this is a good deal? Also if so how much would it cost to get stacks with miter cut?

IMHO this one is a better deal, but also, probably a couple thou$$ too high.

i found out guy had all work done at a garage my brother works at and my brother did all work and he said the truck is completely trashed and not taken care of at all. so im going with pass. lol

$12,00 would have been fair if it was in good condition. Small world though
