2001 Trans???

Hey guys a buddy that I'm working with is needing a new trans in his 2001 F350 4x4. He is wanting to find another used trans to swap into it. He and myself are unsure of what trans is in it and the truck is 150 miles from where we are working. Would anybody by chance know what trans came in these trucks?
