How firm are they on that price? And would they keep the flatbed and knock the price down more? Id be interested in it for alot less. Looks like it needs rubber all around too. Not bein a cheapa$$ but has a ton of miles on it. Whats it doing that you say it needs the top end? Just heads and a gasket or are you including injectors in that?
 
I will find out for sure tomorrow, but I'm certain it's just blown head gasket(s). Also positive that they will not separate it from the bed.
 
Update.

The engine was replaced about a year ago. Mileage on new engine is unknown. I'm guessing less that 20,000. Will find out for sure soon. Still sure that it is just head gasket issure. Workers driving it complained of it smoking bad.
 
And that is how it starts with those engines. Regardless, a lot of loot for a 2wd with almost 400000 on it with a problematic 6.0. Just sayin.And i know your just passing the word along
 
Update! Truck is back at the shop for repairs. Waiting on price from owner!
