Hello everyone I'm looking to buy my wife a Ford she don't like dodge. And I'm a dodge guy but anyway I found a 05 f350 king ranch with 120k 4wheel Dr its a old man truck he never went over 75 mph in it. He has never in the shop to get worked But the oil. What is are the good and bad of the 6.0 thanks for the help

Check for puking out of the degas bottle, injector stiction, turbo sticking and all the normals. Ask for the service records of he has them. Oil needs to be changed often on a 6.0. At the minimum every 5k. Get an oasis report as well.
 
Yes, he is a little high on the price. Don't know where you are, but here in Florida that one would sell a couple of thousand cheaper. Gary
 
Price is in the ballpark but you should be able to get him down. I forgot to mention, make sure to check the FICM voltage too.
