My wife got a new car and we kept her old Honda. We've had this thing since the end of '06 and it has been an awesome car. It has the bulletproof KA24 4cyl VTEC engine. Has a timing chain, so you never have to worry about belts.

It will do low 30's on the highway (high 20's with me driving 85-90)

we have done nothing but normal fluid maint

this past summer we put all new shocks/struts and brakes on it.

it is silver with black velour

everything works except the CD player
has a crack across the bottom of the windshield (has been there for 5yrs. not in sight, never had a problem getting it inspected. it's because she used to run the defrost on full hot and this thing builds a heat almost instantly)
a few small hail dings. very few, very small, and very hidden by the silver paint

car is in Alvin, TX

currently has ~155k on it

$5k firm

car looks just like this (correct Special Edition wheels)

automatic

I liked this car so much I sought out a manual version of it as a beater. It was a year older, but the same color combo. It didn't seem as peppy as her car.

Oh, I did the plugs at 100k FWIW
