I have a 06 international rollback at work and it has no throttle response. I tried the simple things like change the fuel filter and the throttle pedal assembly but nothing has worked. It has a engine light on but cant scan it until monday. the truck starts fine but has no response when the throttle is pushed but the rpms will increase when the high idle is engaged via the cruise contol ??? Where to start looking??
 
Did you pull the codes off your truck yet. Could he part of the problem
 
With key on engine off do you hear the turbo actuator clicking?

a wire going into the fuse panel melted but did not blow the 5 amp fuse?? I fixed the wire and changed the fuse and it works for now
 
If it were me I would trace that wire and see why it melted
