2010 Dodge Compound Turbo

That place looks empty without all the trucks :hehe:

Looks good though.

I just bought a 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins. I will be putting our Twin Turbo Kit on my new truck. I want to make sure the new trucks will be the same as the 2010. We are now offering a External Waste Gate version that will dump back into the hot pipe. This is only needed for higher hp levels. Thanks, Brady

That was Bretts truck. I have not heard what the last hp was on the dyno. My new truck project will start soon. We have done some new 6.7L trucks lately with the new external wastegate. They were all custom made for the owners. We did not get jigs made yet so we can start producing that kit ready to go. My truck will be the one we use to make that into a kit form. It does work out very well for hp and also fuel mileage. The trucks we have done so far all was getting 20mpg after we were finished. Thanks, Brady

I will have pictures of the twins on my truck. I will show off my new truck a little as well. It is turning out awesome! I will also have hp numbers for you as well. Thanks

Twins are now on my truck. I will need to recharge the A/C in the morning. We have been taking a bunch of pictures. I will post them and hp numbers soon.
It has turned out very clean and looks great. It will be a very nice addition to my truck. Thanks, Brady

Damn this truck runs great now! I'm getting 18-19mpg on the open road. 14-15mpg around town. The power is great and I will get it on the dyno soon. I ended up putting on our Twin turbo set with the new external waste gate setup that we now offer. It fits right in were the EGR system was before. We are using Synapse waste gates. The waste gate is plumbed back into the hot pipe so the exhaust energy is still working to drive the large turbocharger. I have 100hp injectors and a Dragon Fire 85% CP3. We also installed 5" exhaust from the turbo back and a H&S Mini Max set at +150hp for now. I do think I will need a Trans Controller to help keep this thing together. So I was thinking Trans Controller and then Dyno runs. I am anxious to see what the hp will be. It feels pretty good now. The best thing about this build is that there is absolutely no smoke!!! Thanks, Brady

Curious to see the HP numbers. What gearing do you have? Makes me want one even more.

Tobin

Do you have any other pictures of them in the truck other than the same 3 pics that are on your website? I'd like to see a few more pictures of them before I decide to purchase. Have you run them with an H&S XRT?

The external wastegate kit for the 6.7L as shown in these pictures has changed. For all those that order the kit with the Twin Turbo kit together, we attach or weld the flange on the hot pipe and the piece of flex stainless that we use. This makes for a very easy installation. If you have already purchased and installed our Twin Turbo kit without the external wastegate kit then the kit would be as shown in the picture above. The stainless flex pipe doesn't leak exhaust as it is fairly ridgid and tight. It will bend with hand force but it stays put were ever you put it. It is a nice piece. The Synapse wastegate that we use is made for diesel applications. It has no diaphram. It can be easily adjusted to what ever pressure you may want with an external adjusting screw. It has two spring sizes available 40lb and 60lb. No air pressure regulators are needed like you would see with a Tial wastegate. Like I said this wastegate is diesel specific. Thanks
