2014 left over dually 2wd to 4wd conversion

So the local Dodge dealer has a brand new 2014 SLT silver dually with a 68rfe that they are trying to sell very cheap. Msrp is 54k I could probably get it for 35k I was getting the oil changed in the wife's jeep so I had some time. Talked to a salesman hopped in it then realized it's a 2wd with the straight I beam in the front. First of all I didn't realize they did this then I got thinking and started looking up parts. The parts to convert it sent bad looked like around 3k. My only question would be how's the wiring and electronics? Is there a harness there I assume so. Also how cheap would you need to get this truck to make it worth it?

I'd search around and find 4wd, you can get them damn near as cheap as the one you're looking at. And the 4wd will have more resale value than a converted truck like you're wanting to do. In other words it's not worth the hassle of doing the swap and you won't end up saving money.
