What would be thought to be the high side on HP for a stock 215 engine with cut fuel plate and stock Hx35 (silenced ring removed) .

I wouldn't do that intentionally, there's 3 things I can't do while talking on the phone. (1) type (2) wipe my azz (3) I can't remember what it is.
 
Guys, only mod he has done is cut fuel plate.

I bet 200 at the tire on a good day,

If you can work that pump enough to piss off the hx35, then 400 is possibly achievable.
 
Well, I Dyno'd it at Beans and it did 410hp and 1100tq. That's why I was asking.

I took it as him wanting to know how much farther he could go without a new turbo...

Yeah, i posted that thinking it was a Newby you guys were screwing with...

Get with big blue, he put a bae 62mm wheel/cover upgrade on one and did 530... Just saying
 
He also does creepy Facebook messages without telling you who he is. Well, as others know who he is. :)
