Any issues to be aware of besides lower fan shroud?

Already have a Borgeson steering shaft, and brake lines should have enough room.

I also have a 2nd gen intercooler and a 3rd gen intercooler so the first gen style might get ditched at the time of lift install.......

Column-shifter linkage (rod) may have to be lengthened (if you use that).
The vibration coils of the existing brake lines will afford the slack needed.
You may want to reposition the transfer case shifter boot (if you have one).
You may have to lengthen the fuel tank's filler pipe (if you use it).

Can't think of anything else, it's been a while. ;)

What BC said.... I've never had to do a thing when adding a body lift. But that's on manual trans trucks. Pretty sure the autos need the rod extended.

Forgot the shifter rod lengthening- yes I remember that now from my 83 dodge.

Fuel filler is non issue- just lifting the cab as the flatbed on rear is up enough.
