Got a 48re im selling for a customer. It is a new build that he had for a spare, so it has no miles on it. Has billet input, billet output, billet drum, billet 4.2 l/s/a, perf bw front band, billet front servo cover/rear piston, billet acc piston, goerend triple disc 17-350 tc, goerend full manual vb, goerend deep pan. These are $6500 new, he is asking $5000 plus core.

Been shopping for a 47re 2wd trans Manual VB for my 1500
Quite a good saving vs new

Option to convert to 2wd with a billet output have a price?

Would my 47re with manual VB parts be a qualifying core?

Hi, I can swap it to 2wd for no charge. And yes, your 47re will work for a core. I can actually use a 47re case on this one if you need the early neutral safety switch. Unfortunatley, nobody is making a billet output for the 2wd. The factory one will handle pretty big power though. But when you reach the point of breaking it, the only option is the do the billet plate that converts a 4wd housing to 2wd and uses a th400 spline output and yoke. I can do that as well if its something your interested in.

Probably best to have an in depth conversation.
Not sure what would work best for me haven't before today looked at 48res
I have an input shaft NIB that I would like to trade off to sweeten the deal for me.
Best to talk on here or other contact?
