6.4 performance

Im looking at buying a 6.4 and everyone around keeps telling me that i cant get dpf deletes or tunes ,is this true? Or what are my options?

You can get race only ( off road ) tunes and delets for the 6.4 from Spartan and KEM to name two. Or you can buy mine its already done.
