6.4 turbos on a 7.3?

I have found a set of 6.4 turbos on the web that the guy will hake 550 obo for. my fist question is how hard will it be to put them on a 7.3? I have an extra 01 7.3 motor in the shop that I can use to mock it up on and im sure I can make it work, but I am not sure what is required to make these turbos work on my truck? or am I wasting my time and just need to buy a new single?

There was a thread on here not long ago where a guy put 6.4 turbo's on a 6.0. It looked like a pretty damn in depth project. The time and money you are gonna spend on the swap would most likely be better suited being put towards 7.3 parts
