6.7 2.5 build bottom end questions

I've got an 09 6.7 I'm building for my 03. My question is how critical are Carrillo rods over using some forged cummins rods? I know it has something to do with rod angles but can you get pistons with the wrist pin moved or are carillos the only way to go.

You're going to need a custom length rod if you move the wrist pin in the piston anyway..

^^^^^ yes!!!! You could use forged 12v ones and be ok or not . rods are money well spent
