I have a stock turbo off of a 6.7 with 106,000 miles. Worked perfect when removed, no excessive shaft play, vanes operate properly. Just went to an s400. $350
Next I have a 4" to 5" down pipe for the stock turbo. It also has the cast elbow on it. I can remove it if you don't need it. The pipe has one spot where I clipped it with the torch, but it is still totally usable. $150 with elbow $125 w/o
And lastly I have an S&B CAI for 3rd gen 6.7. I had it on an 08 $125
