Welp after Cummins had the truck for 2 days it runs like a top!!! Turns out it was a "computer update"???? Oh and they had to replace the entire after treatment. To bad it was smoking on way down. Now there is no smoke and after 5000k miles the tailpipe is still clean. Also cut the muffler out and installed gauges. It makes 25-28psi with spikes around 35~. Oh yeah and been getting about 19mpg on the highway!!! Pulls like a champ too!! The only complaint i have is the engine break never seems to be consistant. Don't know if I just need to get used to it or what?

It seems to me that the "jake" braking power depends on how the engine senses your load............i.e. when I am light, the brake seems to go easier and when I have a heavy load on the brake slows me down with much more force.....again thats my butt-o-meter. I get about the same milage and plenty of power to spare. No codes and no problems of any type so far.

Got the pryo hooked up this weekend. Talk about hot!!!! All the time. Heavy accel. I saw up to 1400. Crus set at 70 she runs about 1000-1200. It hurt to watch just cause its so HOT!!!

I just got an 07 4x4 megacab, 6 speed manual. I am only getting 11.5 mph pulling a small trailer and about 13mph empty. Any suggestions?

Headed down to Cummins agian on Monday. The truck had a "turbo unable to meet demand" code after all the dpf reflash. Talking with the engineers at Cummins I cleared the code at 10K miles. The truck didn't drive any different. Runs great acctually. Been getting about 17-18 mpg. Just turned 12K miles and the turbo code came back. We are going to look at it again on
Monday to find out what is going on. Just workin little bugs out.
