I have a set of JL injectors that i bought before John passed. They are a mack 6 hole nozzle that he opened up to 18 thousandth and the spray angle was tightened up to run 30-35* timing. The fuel feed passages have been increased in size also. Since you dont dual feed a 24v this was what he suggested me to do. There also has been pintle mods i just can honestly tell you specs even though i have seen them apart. I just took these to our local diesel shop and had them gone through and reset to 4200psi. Four of them were not wanting to pop right so we tore them down and soaked them in the acid stuff overnight and the polished them up, reset the pop and re tested them. They work alolt better now but according to the shop they are not perfect in the atomazation pattern on a couple. I reinstalled them and run them for two hooks. They didnt fix my problem so i bought a new set tp try which did not help it either.
So they are freshend up 6x18 24v injectors set at 4200psi but have 4 seasons of sled pulls only.maybe the occasional burnout in a buddies wedding.LOL Lot of work done to them and cost me 1250$ plus the 100$ for going through. I am thinking 750$ shipped (no cores) if you are interested. They are packaged and ready to ship. Picstures will come once i get them on the computer.
