So, you need a Non-Intercooled VE injection pump.
1989 through Early 1991.
Late 1991, Intercooled, through 1993 use a shorter DV holder, so you'd want to swap those out if you ended up with one of those pumps.

Technically 1989 is by itself, but it's only a difference that matters if you're ordering individual parts in the top cover.

All I'd have is one needing a re-seal from a 1990, so I can't help you.

Pure Diesel Power has great prices on re-mans. I called the pump shop they use for VE's and talked to the techs. They know their stuff, and I was happy with the pump.

The KSB also functions differently between the non i/c and i/c motors. Put an i/c pump in an '89-'91 truck and the timing will be advanced all the time.
