96 spun a bearing

I have a 96 12v that spun a bearing on number 5. they stacked up on top and made the piston contact the head. he heard it start tapping and shut it off. I have a new crank, and new rod for it. any chance you'd trust the piston again? it looks totally fine except the top is clean. engine has 220K on it. I'm leaning towards a new piston but figured I'd get another opinion.

Might of pinched the ring grooves in, even ever how small. No way, replace.

I have a pretty good stack of stock pistons if you need one
