97 engine trans and tcase?

Im looking at a 97 just engine trans and tcase pulled out of a truck with a 190000 miles on it everthing seems to be in good shape u think that it is worth $1700.

I would imagine that the chain in the transfer case would need replacing. You can see how much slack is is the chain to determine the stretch. If the engine comes complete, I think that is a gooood deal, for all three items.
