I've got a grey 1997 Ford F350 XLT regular cab 4x4 3.55LS with a PSD/Auto. Has the D60 up front, manual shift T-case and manual hubs. It also has a factory bedliner in it. I was the first person to chip it at approx. 200k, all it came to me with performance-wise was a straight-pipe exhaust.

I bought it with a Salvage title because a tree limb fell on the passenger side of the cab roof, putting a big dent in it and put some dents in the fender and top of the bedside. I drove it 4 hours home from the guys house without a problem and took and got it inspected without a hitch.

It has 209k on it, I've had it for about a year and a half and I've put 10k or so on it driving it while I had my other 97 tore apart. Now that I have that back together I really don't have the need for 2 trucks.

Some of the things I've replaced or changed:
changed the starter to a DB Electrical gear reduction starter(it's a monster, no joke)
valve cover gaskets and harnesses and glowplugs
cam sensor
new Ford belt tensioner
front tie rod bar and track bar bushings
rear u-joints
replaced all of the main brake lines
new turn signal switch and shifter bushings
new cab lights and 3rd brake light as the others were broken
It has a TYMAR style intake on it now

Right now it has 305 BFG all-terrains and the Alcoas off of my other truck on it, along with a custom tuned Swamps TS 4-position chip and a Pioneer HU and some nice speakers all the way around. Depending on what I can get out of it will determine what stays on it, I have the original steel wheels and the stock radio/speakers I could put back in it.

The trans shifts good, it was rebuilt about 4 years ago, and the front end was rebuilt about 2 and 1/2 years ago, they did ball joints, u-joints, and bearings. It does has some rust bubbles and a small hole on the pass. side of the bed.

All in all it would make a great DD/winter driver or a good farm truck. I've driven it on a 9 hour round trip and it didn't miss a beat, along with towing trailers a few times and grossing 32k once with a full gravity wagon.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, I hate to sell it but I can't drive 2 trucks at once, and I'm still driving this daily because it gets better mileage than my other truck.

Make me an offer, if I can get $5k for it the way it sets I would be stoked, and if someone wants it minus the stuff I mentioned, I'll take $1k off.
