a/c control freaking out

Hey!

my a/c unit in my truck currently is freaking out takes for ever to change from floor to vent sometimes wont at all. The lights are going out on it as well. So i figured I get a new/used on off of ebay.

I have now gotten 2 from the ebay seller and both just blink the heater mirror button no mater what I do.

Anyone have any suggestions? Does it need to be calibrated or something stupid?

Should not require calibration.

I would take a look at your ignition switch and the plug.

They don't need to be reprogrammed, are you having the same blend door motor problem with either switch?

My original is slow to move. the 2 used replacements do nothing other than blow and blink the heated mirror lights.
