Adrenaline Cutting out RPM's

So i need to try some custom tunes or any ideas on what to try now. I've got a friend that has the AD too and i want to try his out this weekend & see what it does. Hope it's not the pump!
The truck breaks up at upper RPM's, like hitting a rev limiter in a gasser. I've got a set of valve springs to go in but don't need them if i can't get over 3K.:bang
Pl1, 2 & 3 are fine, but that's not fueling through the tap.
It does it on the new Comp tune, 3000 & 2000. The older tunes just kill the truck.
The higher the Pl's the less rpm's i can get.
This is the Comp3 Pl 5 thru 10.

how does it act under load, im not sure on the trucks, but most newer vehicles have a 2 stage limiter, one that is set lower for when the trans is in part or neutral.

i remember my saturn redlined at 6500 or so, but would just sit at 4000 with your foot to the floor in park.

It'll do it on the street too. Sounds real bad too when stompin on it racing some rice rocket.
