This is a Air Shut Off for a 2nd gen dodge ram cummins. It includes a 135 degree hose, air filter and a guillotine. The cable you will have to install yourself. I went to twin turbos so I'm still going to use my cable but need to make a different design. $250 plus the ride.

Where did you get the shut off from? 4inch hose going onto the turbo housing?

Yes it is a 4" hose.

you have to have a way to shut the engine off in case of an engine run away.
