I have had an issue for about the past 6 months with flucuating fuel pressure. I pulled the regulator spring (17 psi) out to find the ball stuck inside the spring. I corrected the issue and it lasted for about 2 months. The other day my fuel pressure dropped down to 6 psi. Changed all the filters, etc, no change. I did have the orginal 15 psi spring in my tool box so I installed it and the fuel pressure is very stable know. My question is this, "How long do the regulator springs last? Has the viton ball srunk?"
