Airdog is really loud!

Need some help here, I have an Airdog 150 on my 03' Cummins. It has about 18k miles on it the pump. For some reason it has gotten really loud in the last month, I tried new filters but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Make sure that it's not sucking air from a bad draw tube or otherwise.

Unscrew the water seperator. Turn the pump on (don't start the truck). Is it still loud?
